Meditation increases self awareness, developing the ability to meditate enables the meditator to take consciousness to the different parts of the mind. Mediation cannot be described in words, in this session you are directed to find it for yourself and discover what it really is. See pricing plans for more options. Yoga Nidra is relaxation, it is a yogic sleep. You will learn the discipline of this rest, remaining in a conscious rest and at the same time freeing your body of tension.
